Darby Allin got married to his fiancee Sara Erickson on
Saturday, just 24 hours prior to Forbidden Door.
Several of his AEW colleagues, including AEW President Tony
Khan, AEW World champion MJF and his wife Alicia Atout-
Friedman, Brody King, Swerve Strickland, and others attended
the wedding held in Seattle, Washington. Darby’s former tag
team partner, Sting, along with his son Steven, were also in
attendance.
As customary with Allin, things got a little bit extreme,
with his mother body slamming him on the floor covered with
thumbtacks and King chopping the hell out of Darby’s father.
There was no honeymoon for Allin, who along with the rest of
the AEW talent at the wedding, immediately flew across the
country to San Jose, California, for Forbidden Door, where
he was part of the 12-man steel cage match.
