Jim Ross is still planning to be at the All In: Texas pay-
per-view despite recently undergoing surgery to remove colon
cancer.
During the latest episode of Grilling JR, Ross said that the
July 12 date is a realistic expectation from him and he’s
very hopeful he can make it and hopefully call a match or
two.
“I’d love to be a part of that event and see the fans and
see the talents. I miss the talent a lot,” Ross said. “I’ve
been kind of isolated here at home.”
JR said he’s taking it day by day as he heals and gets
better. He said that surgeons told him they were happy with
the procedure and they’re confident they took it all out,
admitting he was “scared to death” for a while.
But Ross is still feeling the effects of the surgery.
“I’m sore from the surgery, my abdomen is real sore, but
I’ve endured worse,” he continued. “I’m feeling pretty good,
actually.”
He is set to return to the hospital for more follow-ups next
month
