FTR: FTR taking time away from the ring

In a post on social media, Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler said
that they will be taking some time off to spend time with
their families.

“Aside from my bicep tear in 2017, we’ve taken no time away
from the job we’ve dreamed of having. Physically & mentally,
we both became exhausted,” Harwood wrote on his Facebook
account.

Listing all the injuries they went through, he said that for
the first time in 12 years, they decided to step away and
take some time for themselves and for their families.

“I’m not sure when we’ll be back, what we’re going to do,
how much longer we have, or if we even need to prove
anything at all anymore,” he continued.

He did say that they have two indie dates booked which they
will honor, on August 22 for Appalachian Mountain Wrestling
and on August 29 for Rev Pro.

FTR’s deal with AEW is coming into the optional year and but
could also decide to leave if they wish to, something that
many insiders believe will not happen.
