Don Callis suffered a “malfunction” yesterday on Dynamite,
losing his teeth during a promo introducing Kevin Knight as
the newest member of The Don Callis Family.
Speaking in the middle of the ring flanked by Jake Doyle and
Andrade El Idolo, Callis was in the midst of bringing out
Knight when the teeth fell off.
“The newest member of The Don Callis Family, The Jet…”
Callis said as his teeth just exited his mouth.
But not letting his teeth marching out faze him, Callis
continued with announcing Knight’s name, no selling what
happened. Callis actually tried to catch the flying teeth in
mid air, unsuccessfully.
The commentary team took digs at Callis during the
commercial break feed for losing his teeth, with Schiavone
mentioning that it is a common thing in Virginia where they
were! Ouch!
