With just one month away from Slammiversary, TNA Thursday
Night iMPACT! on AMC is on the air from the Sacramento
Memorial Auditorium in Sacramento, CA.Tonight, the TNA
Champions face the TNA All-Stars in not one, but two massive
showdowns: the Men’s Champions Challenge and the Knockouts
Champions Challenge.
If an All-Star pins a Champion they will receive a title
shot based on the champion they pin. If either of the Tag
Team Champions are pinned the winner will get to pick their
partner. Eric Young could walk out with an additional title
shot tonight on top of his TNA World Champion title shot.

Champions Challenge
We start this match off with Brian Myers taking on Elijah.
Elijah forces Myers to Walk with Elijah, he goes for a
cover, and Myers kicks out at two. TNA World Champion Mike
Santana goes to Dropkick Elijah, he avoids it, and answers
with an Elbowdrop that Santana avoids. Eric Young
interferes, and lands multiple stomps onto him. Frankie
Kazarian tags himself in, and Santana connects a Dropkick.
TNA International Champion Mustafa Ali tags in and lands a
Dropkick to the back of Elijah’s head. Elijah slams down Ali
with a Pop-up Powerbomb, he goes for a cover, and TNA X-
Division Champion Cedric Alexander breaks it up. Chaos
erupts in the ring, and all of the contenders start trading
blows. Outside of the ring Elijah slams Cedric head-first
into the edge of the apron, and drives Ali back-first off
the apron with a Chokeslam. Leon soars over the top rope and
levels them on the outside.
Back inside the ring Elijah slams down Mustafa Ali with a
Back Bodydrop, he goes for a cover, and Ali kicks out.
Kazarian denies Walk with Elijah, and Ali seizes the
opportunity to answer with a Cutter. Brian Myers connects a
Knee-strike, and Bronson flattens Elijah in the center of
the ring. Bronson charges at Elijah and topples over the top
rope. Ali and Santana fight for a tag, Santana knocks Ali
off the top rope, and tags himself in. He drags Eric Young
into the ring, drives him down with Rolling Buck 50, and
Young rolls out of the ring.
He dives over the ropes and takes out Young outside of the
ring. KC Navarro connects the 305 into a DDT, he goes for a
cover, and Ali kicks out.
Slater drops Ali in the center of the ring, goes for a
cover, and Cedric Alexander breaks it up. Kazarian drops
Alexander with a Guillotine Legdrop, connects a DDT onto
Brian Myers, and Bear Bronson answers with a Blackhole Slam.
Elijah slams into Bronson with a Knee-strike, Ali charges at
Slater, and he avoids it. Slater crashes down onto Ali with
Swanton 450, goes for a cover, and Alisha Edwards interferes
putting Ali's foot on the rope. Tasha Steelz slides the
title belt into the ring, he charges at Ali with it, the
referee disarms Ali, and Leon drops him with a Superkick. He
tags in KC Navarro who slams down Ali with Blessing in
Disguise to secure the pinfall.

Santino Marella. Stacks is ready to take on Santino Marella
tonight.

Hardys. They are ready to make sure The Hardys don’t come
out the same.
Tessa Blanchard vs. Harley Hudson - Singles Match
Hudson goes for an early roll up pin attempt, Tessa kicks
out, and Hudson slams her to the canvas. Tessa answers with
a Back Elbow, and Hudson drags her to the edge of the apron.
She drops onto Tessa with a Single Legdrop, tries to get
back into the ring, and Tessa prevents it. Tessa hoists her
up and drives her down knee-first.
Back inside the ring, Tessa continues to attack the injured
leg, goes for a cover, and Hudson kicks out. Hudson fires
back with multiple strikes, and drops her with a Fallaway
Slam. She slams into Blanchard with a Hip Attack, goes for a
cover, and Blanchard kicks out. Hudson positions Blanchard
on the ropes and they trade blows, and Blanchard slows her
up on the ropes. She drives Double Knees into Hudson, goes
for a cover, and Hudson kicks out. Blanchard drives down
Hudson with Buzzsaw and secures the pinfall.

TNA Injury Report Presented by Over Your Dead Body:
Steve Maclin refused medical evaluation after his TNA World
Championship match, his status is left Unknown.
Jada Stone is out after being hit with Xia Brookside’s
Darkside DDT last week.
Moose is still feeling the lingering effects from being
attacked backstage by The System.
Both Santino Marella and NXT Stacks have been cleared for
their match later tonight.
Léi Yǐng Lee is interrupted by The Personal Concierge before
the Knockouts Championship Challenge later this evening.
NXT Stacks acc. by Arianna Grace vs. Director of Authority
Santino Marella - Singles Match
Santino Marella drops Stacks, and Stacks rolls out of the
ring. Santino catches a boot from Stacks, and rolls him up
for a pin attempt, and Stacks kicks out. He continues his
momentum, locks Stacks in a Chokehold, and Stacks breaks it
by getting his foot onto the bottom rope.
Stacks charges at Santino, and he avoids Stacks. He flips
him onto the canvas twice, and multiples strikes onto him.
Santino goes to Elbowdrop Stacks, and Stacks counters with
Double Knees. Stacks sends him sternum-first into the
turnbuckle. He lands multiple blows to Santino's mid-
section, goes for a cover, and Santino kicks out.
Stacks drops onto him, and Santino answers with Double
Knees. Santino fires up, connects a knee to Stacks mid-
section, charges at Stacks, and pulls out The Cobra. Arianna
Grace interferes to prevent him from using The Cobra, and
Stacks seizes the opportunity to secure the pinfall.
NXT Stacks acc. by Arianna Grace Def. Director of Authority
Santino Marella - Singles Match
Arianna Grace gets into the face of Santino after the match,
and Stacks attacks him. Indi Hartwell rushes to the ring and
protects Director of Authority Santino Marella. She
challenges Arianna Grace and Stacks to a match against
herself and Santino Marella, and Director of Operations
Daria Rae interrupts. She won’t allow the match to happen
tonight, but next week Stacks and Arianna Grace will face
off against Director of Authority Santino Marella and Indi
Hartwell.

Eddie Edwards acc. by Alisha Edwards vs. Fabian Aichner -
Singles Match
Aichner drops Edwards to the canvas, and locks him in a
Chokehold. He jumps from the middle rope and slams into
Edwards with a Crossbody. He dumps Edwards to the outside,
he goes for a Baseball Slide, and Edwards avoids it. Aichner
flattens him with a Clothesline on the outside. Alisha
Edwards distracts Aichner as he tries to get back into the
ring, and Edwards takes advantage of it by taking Aichner
off his feet. Edwards hoists him up, and drops him face-
first into the canvas.
Edwards drives a knee into Aichner's mid-section, and sends
him flying across the ring into the turnbuckle. He goes for
a cover, and Aichner kicks out at one. Aichner drives
multiple blows into Edwards, and connects Backbreaker. He
hoists up Edwards, drives him down with a Brainbuster, and
goes for a cover. Edwards kicks out, Aichner sets up for a
Powerbomb, and Edwards denies it. He connects a boot to
Aichner’s face, loads him up onto his back, and slams
Aichner down with a Backpack Stunner. He goes for a cover,
and Aichner kicks out at two.
Alisha Edwards interferes behind the referee’s back, and
pulls him throat-first into the ropes. Alisha pulls a
kendostick out from under the ring, and the referee ejects
Alisha Edwards from ringside. Aichner and Edwards meet at
the top turnbuckle, Aichner drives them down with a
Butterfly Suplex, goes for a cover, and Edwards kicks out at
two.
The remaining members of The System join them ringside, and
Aichner levels them on the outside. He drives down Aichner
from the top rope with a DDT, and locks him in La Fina. The
other members of The System attack Fabian inside the ring
and the referee calls the match.
Fabian Aichner Def. Eddie Edwards via Disqualification -
Singles Match
The System continues their attack on Fabian Aichner, and TNA
X-Division Champion Cedric Alexander drops Fabian Aichner
with a Lumbar Check.
