Indie star Nikki Blackheart wrestled during a dark match
before NXT on The CW last night, her first match in a WWE
ring.
The 29-year-old from the Dominican Republic is under a
developmental deal with WWE and was trained by Gangrel. She
made her pro wrestling debut in 2024.
Blackheart had a new name, simply introduced as Martinez, and
won the match against LFG season two winner Skylar Raye.
Two months ago she was signed by WWE after a tryout with the
company and participating in Bayley’s Lodestone training camp
and is now training at the WWE Performance Center
