WWE today welcomed Austria, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland
on Netflix, the latest four countries to port to the service
following certain conclusions to local television rights.
Italy will get the full compliment of WWE’s Netflix catalog,
with live Raw, NXT, Smackdown, premium live events, and
available library part of the service.Wrestling
Austria, Germany, and Switzerland will get all the premium
live events on the service starting with WrestleMania and
also the available library of WWE past events. Raw, NXT, and
Smackdown will continue to air on local television until
that contract expires.
China, Japan, South Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa remain
the only ones which do not get WWE on Netflix.
