William Regal and Fit Finlay appeared on NXT television last
night as they watched Charlie Dempsey join the Birthright
faction.
Dempsey, who is Regal’s son, turned on Tavion Heights during
their tag match against Lexis King and Uriah Connors,
allowing King and Connors to win the match.
Regal and Finlay looked on first as Dempsey hugged Heights,
but then Dempsey hit a German suplex on his former NQCC
partner for the turn.
Dempsey is now part of the group consisting of King, Stacks
Lorenzo, Arianna Grace, and Connors. Connors is also
Finlay’s son, while King is Brian Pillman’s son and Grace is
Santino Marella’s daughter. Stacks is Grace’s fiancee.
The group later posed together for a photo which was
published by Finlay on X, claiming that NXT has “just
changed.”
