Bayley earned herself a WWE Women’s Intercontinental title
shot, now scheduled for next week’s episode of Raw, after she
won a gauntlet match last night.
The gauntlet match started with Lyra Valkyria vs Iyo Sky, with
Sky winning to advance to take on Judgment Day’s Raquel
Rodriguez. Sky also defeated Rodriquez but after the match,
Sky was on the receiving end of a Tejana Bomb, which allowed
the next competitor, Ivy Nile, to run out and quickly pin Sky
to move on.
Bayley then came out as the next opponent and defeated Nile
before facing the last competitor, Asuka. Kairi Sane tried to
interfere in the match, but Valkyria evened the odds and
eventually Bayley defeated Asuka after a Rose Plant.
