The final two Elimination Chamber qualifying matches for
Smackdown took place on last night’s episode.
In the first qualifier, Kiana James picked up a surprising
victory over Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax. Flair had the
match almost won after she locked in Jax in the Figure Eight
but James managed to wiggle her way in and pinned Flair for
the victory.
Later in the show, Trick Williams bested his former tag
partner Carmelo Hayes and Damian Priest to advance to the
Chamber after he pinned Priest following the Trickshot knee
finisher.
Two more spots are left, one in each match, and those will
be decided this coming Monday on Raw.
The women’s match so far has James, Tiffany Stratton, Alexa
Bliss, Rhea Ripley, and Asuka while the men’s match features
Williams, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Je’Von Evans, and LA
Knight.
