Thunder Rosa made her return to AEW television last night on
Dynamite after a seven-month absence.
The former AEW Women’s champion appeared in a backstage
segment with Kris Statlander and told Renee Paquette that she
was officially cleared to return to the ring. Rosa aired her
frustration over what happened to Statlander and challenged
the new AEW Women’s champion Thekla to a match.
While she didn’t get that match, Rosa will return to action on
next week’s episode against Julia Hart.
Rosa has not wrestled since All In: Texas where she was part
of the Casino Gauntlet match.
