Wanted to note that despite the medical challenges you'll
read about below, Gossett's Universal Championship Wrestling
returned to Anderson, SC on December 6, Toy Drive for
Children In Anderson, collecting 115 toys to be distributed
through Rejuvenate Church in Anderson South Carolina to
children in the community in need. He's helped others while
needing it himself.
Here's the GoFundMe with the link to the GoFundMe below...

Ronnie Gossett GoFundMe
Good evening, I'm creating this on behalf of a good friend of
mine, Ronnie Gossett.
Ronnie has had a lot of health struggles over the recent
years. Mr. Gossett has had a very exciting and productive
career as a singer-songwriter. He has also spent time as a
professional wrestler and currently, he is the owner and the
staple for current independent wrestling in Georgia and South
Carolina.
He’s the owner and founder of Universal Championship
Wrestling. Ultimately, his health struggles have led to the
finding of multiple different things, including diabetes,
congestive heart failure, and lymphedema in his legs.
Since finding out all of this, Ronnie has been able to lose
around 160 lbs, but since he's been struggling with his
health issues, he now has a very severe wound on his foot
that has required two surgeries within the last 30 days. He
is currently in Emory Saint Joseph Hospital recovering from
surgery he had today.
The doctors are telling him he's going to have to have a
minimum of eight weeks recovery time, but it could be longer
because he is diabetic. Since his health issues have arisen,
it has been a constant financial struggle for him to survive
and live a normal life.
We love Ronnie and know he has lots of friends out there who
love him also, so we are trying to do the right thing by him
and raise as much as possible to help with doctor bills,
rehabilitation, housing, travel, and other charges that may
occur due to the loss of income that this foot issue has
caused.
This is the second surgery that he has gone through to try to
get his foot to heal. Although the first surgery was believed
to be a success, we have just recently found out that the
infection was spreading.
As of Thursday, December 11th, Ron went through a second
surgery where they had to cut some of the bone out, so
there's no clue as to what additional charges this may bring
about.
So we're trying to relieve some of the financial burden for a
person who has no insurance.
So I ask, please, from the goodness of your heart, to do as
you will to help a man get back on his feet, save his leg,
and then in the future bring back some awesome wrestling
shows, and who knows, he may even be able to write some new
songs once all is healed.
Thank you and God bless
