John Cena paid tribute to WWE announcer Alicia Taylor who on
X said that at the Survivor Series, it was the last time
that she was introducing John Cena for a match.
“It has been an absolute honor to share the ring w ‘The
Greatest of ALL-TIME’ on his @WWE #FarewellTour,” Taylor
wrote, adding the #ThankYouCena hash tag.
Responding to Taylor also on X, Cena said that matches and
moments are only memorable if we all believe in them.
“Thank YOU for being a driving force to help audiences
around the world enjoy and invest in these moments,” Cena
told Taylor. “NO ONE does it alone. Your professionalism,
passion, presentation and overall love of the business lay
the foundation for lifelong memories.”
Taylor was promoted to the main roster after Samantha Irvin
left the company. She had previously done announcing for the
NXT brand.
