Memphis, TN (November 2025) Memphis Wrestling is proud to
announce that Memphis Wrestling: Christmas with The King,
presented by Lennys Subs, will air on WMC-TV5 at 11 a.m. on
Christmas Day. Christmas with The King will feature WWE Hall
of Famer and Memphis Sports Hall of Famer Jerry “The King”
Lawler.

This will mark Jerry Lawler’s first appearance on the
Memphis Wrestling program, as well as his “wrestling” return
to Action News 5 in more than 20 years. The event will be
recorded live on Sunday, November 23, at the Memphis
Wrestling WrestleCenter.

In addition to the Christmas Day broadcast, Memphis
Wrestling will also premiere a special on Thanksgiving Day.
Jerry “The King” Lawler was at the helm for countless
historic moments on Saturday mornings on WMC-TV5. Now, The
King returns to light the torch for the next generation of
Memphis Wrestling. Memphis Wrestling host and co-owner
Dustin Starr has hinted that The King might not come alone,
fueling speculation as to who else might be on hand to
celebrate.
