No bombs raining on Riyadh airport will stop WWE from
performing in the country next month as WWE has doubled down
on its commitment and started heavily advertising Crown
Jewel last night on Raw.
The top two matches – Roman Reigns vs Sami Zayn and Chelsea
Green vs Liv Morgan – will headline the broadcast from Saudi
Arabia, with the winner of each match receiving the Crown
Jewel championship.
The original poster with Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Randy Orton,
and Penta has been replaced with Reigns, Zayn, Green, and
Morgan all carrying their respective titles.
The U.S. Department of State has issued notices telling
American citizens to avoid traveling to the city due to the
attacks. Crown Jewel is nearly sold out, although it will be
a local crowd.
The show will start at Noon ET on Saturday, November 7 live
on ESPN and Netflix.
