The Lucha Brothers, featuring Penta and Rey Fenix, tag teamed
last night in the post-Smackdown dark match, defeating JD
McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio.
This is the first time that the WWE Intercontinental champion
and the AAA Cruiserweight champion teamed up together since
July 2014 when they were still part of AEW.
The two were supposed to wrestle together for an AAA show
months ago but that changed after Penta got injured.
The Lucha Bros are former AEW, AAA, TNA, MLW, HOG, and ROH Tag
Team champions.
