The inaugural AEW Redemption came to you from the legendary
Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on HBO Max PPV. With
10 matches and seven championships on the line, there was so
much in store for wrestling fans, especially with All In:
London at Wembley Stadium coming up next in 35 days! 

In the main event, AEW World Champion Kenny Omega retained
his championship in his first defense against TNT Champion
“The Jet” Kevin Knight. However, right after the match,
Omega was attacked by the Death Riders, minus Will Ospreay,
and when the Young Bucks tried to make the save, they were
quickly handled. When a chair was placed on Omega’s neck,
Ospreay ran out to stop it and eventually refused Moxley’s
order to put a bag over Omega’s head. Ospreay clocked Moxley
and cleared the ring of the Death Riders! After a nice
moment with Omega ahead of their match at All In: London,
Ospreay never expected Omega to hit him with the One-Winged
Angel!

Willow Nightingale is the NEW AEW Women’s World Champion,
which means she’ll face Mercedes Moné for the AEW Women’s
World Title at All In: London after beating Thekla in an
emotional, hard-hitting affair! And we have a new TBS
Champion in Maya World after she shocked Hikaru Shida to win
her first AEW gold!

AEW International Champion “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher
beat ROH World Champion Bandido to keep the International
Title. However, his next challenger was already decided when
Montreal’s own “Speedball” Mike Bailey won the 6-Way Ladder
Match at the start of the night to become the #1 contender
for Fletcher’s AEW International Championship and will
challenge Fletcher on August 5 at Grand Slam Mexico!
Unfortunately for the Don Callis Family, Mark Davis lost the
AEW National Title to Andrade El Ídolo.

All that and so much more went down on a historic night in
Montreal for the first-ever AEW Redemption! Here are your
complete results.

The Buy-In: Rougeau Family Celebration Was a Little Rocky
Daddy Magic came out to a wonderful ovation as the emcee to
celebrate 80 years of the Rougeau Family. He introduced Ray
and Jacques Rougeau to represent their great wrestling
family. After both brothers spoke to the crowd in French and
English, they were interrupted by Rocky Romero of the Don
Callis Family. He said he was sick of hearing them and said
the only family that matters in Canada is the Don Callis
Family while poking Ray in the chest. Jacques slapped Romero
to the mat!

As Nigel McGuinness said, “Jacques Rougeau always gets his
man!”

Jacques held Romero for Ray, who brought back some classic
offense with a stiff kick to Romero. Jacques and Daddy Magic
sent Romero over the top rope with a double clothesline and
the three celebrated with the Montreal crowd!


The Buy-In – AEW World Trios Championship Match: The
Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick
Strong) (c) def. The Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, Blake
Christian and Lee Johnson)


Before the AEW World Trios Championship match, The Demand
made their way to ringside so Ricochet could join
commentary, much like he did last night on Collision when
The Conglomeration beat ROH World Six-Man Tag Champions
Dalton Castle and The Outrunners.

Strong and Lethal began the opening contest of the night
until Lethal worked Strong into Lethal’s corner. He chopped
Strong, but Strong fired right back with huge chops and
nailed Christian and Johnson for good measure. Strong tagged
O’Reilly, and he mounted Lethal for 10 punches. Strong
tagged back in to do the same. Cassidy tagged in and hit one
big punch! Cassidy called for Christian and Johnson, and
they entered, but The Conglomeration took them into separate
corners for more punches. The Lethal Twist all escaped at
once and then avoided each other in the middle of the ring
with some dos-si-do to turn the tables on The Conglomeration
with a couple of corner attacks of their own. The
Conglomeration turned things around when Strong used Cassidy
as a battering ram in all three corners before tossing him
into Christian and Johnson for a double DDT!

Cassidy covered Lethal for a two-count and tagged O’Reilly.
He tagged Strong, and they lit Lethal up in the corner for
kicks and elbows. Cassidy went to the top, then down to the
second and finally got to the ground for an elbow drop on
Lethal, but Christian leapt across the ring to take out
Cassidy and Strong while Johnson nailed O’Reilly! Johnson
tagged in, but Strong was ready with heavy chops until
Lethal hit a snap suplex and Johnson covered for a two-
count. He hammered away at Strong in the corner and tagged
Christian, who went to the top. Johnson whipped Strong back
towards the corner only to be taken out by Christian flying
through the air. Christian nailed Strong with a corkscrew
kick and posed for the crowd, who promptly booed him.

Christian tried another corkscrew kick off the ropes, but
Strong was ready with a dropkick! O’Reilly tagged in and
cleared house with heavy kicks. Johnson tried a thrust kick,
which O’Reilly caught and turned into an ankle lock. Lethal
saved Johnson by kicking O’Reilly to break the hold.
O’Reilly wound up on the wrong end of a triple-team until
Cassidy made the tag. He ran each of his opponents into the
turnbuckle and took down Lethal with a diving elbow from the
top. Cassidy paused on the ropes to put his hands in his
pockets and avoided Christian and Johnson with his unique
evasiveness until taking them both down with a double
dropkick. Lethal grabbed OC and took him to the corner for a
tree of woe, but then dove to the outside and nailed
O’Reilly. Back in the ring, Christian walked over to Cassidy
with his hands in his pockets and lightly kicked Cassidy,
who was still hanging upside down. Strong ran at Christian,
who deposited Strong on the apron and then trapped Strong’s
head between his legs. Johnson came across the ring with a
dropkick to knock Strong to the floor while Christian swung
around the ropes to kick Cassidy. Johnson followed with a
hesitation dropkick to OC while Christian came off the top
with a moonsault to Strong on the floor. He held Strong for
Johnson, who splashed Strong from the apron! Christian came
back in with a springboard 450 splash on Cassidy, but he
kicked out at two! Ricochet was beside himself on
commentary!

Lethal tried for the King’s Elbow, so Cassidy put his foot
up, which Lethal caught and turned into a figure-four
leglock! O’Reilly nailed Lethal to break it up, so Christian
threw him to the floor. Lethal called for another King’s
Elbow, but Strong pulled him off the apron. Christian flew
through the ropes to clobber Strong with a twisting body
press. O’Reilly ran down the apron and cracked Christian in
the head with a knee! Johnson dove over the top onto
O’Reilly with a swanton dive. Cassidy hit the ropes for his
own dive, but Lethal came in to cut him off, and Cassidy
attempted to reverse it into a spinning DDT, only for Lethal
to block it. Cassidy tried a Stundog Millionaire, and Lethal
blocked that, too! Cassidy finally came off the ropes with a
tornado DDT to Lethal and sprang to his feet! Cassidy
dropped his elbow pad and called for the Orange Punch, but
Lethal was ready for it and reversed it into the Lethal
Injection! Lethal went back up for the King’s Elbow, but
Cassidy caught him on the way down and hooked him for a
near-fall! 

Johnson tried to come in with one of the titles, but the
referee stopped him. While that was happening, Cassidy hit
Lethal with a Stundog Millionaire. When Cassidy turned
around, Christian came flying off the top rope to hit
Cassidy with another title belt, so Cassidy ducked and hit
Christian with an Orange Punch! Lethal hit Cassidy with a
Lethal Injection, but the referee was still on the floor
arguing with Johnson about using one of the title belts.
That gave Cassidy the chance to kick out to keep the match
alive! Lethal kicked Strong to the mat and called for
another Lethal Injection, but O’Reilly got back in the ring
and hit Total Elimination on Lethal with Strong! While
O’Reilly trapped Johnson in an ankle lock, Strong nailed
Lethal with End of Heartache! Strong tossed Cassidy onto
Lethal, who got the three count for yet another successful
AEW World Trios Championship defense! After the match, The
Demand mockingly clapped from the floor.


6-Way Ladder Match for an AEW International Title Shot:
"Speedball" Mike Bailey def. "Jungle" Jack Perry, Komander,
The Beast Mortos, Nick Wayne and El Clon


All six men made their way to the ring at the end of The
Buy-In with Montreal’s own Bailey getting a massive hometown
reaction! And Montreal had no interest in stopping as they
continued to serenade Bailey until “Jungle” Jack Perry came
out and the crowd switched to singing his theme song! Even
Komander danced along!

Once Redemption went on the air, the bell rang and all six
men piled into the ring! Komander and Bailey cleared the
ring and faced off, with Bailey taking Komander down with a
hurricanrana! Bailey avoided Wayne twice until he ate a
flying back elbow. Perry dropkicked Wayne out of the ring,
so Clon attacked Perry with a unique back heel kick. Perry
came back with an enzigiri, but Clon rose and hit a Pele
kick! Clon picked up a ladder, but Mortos ran into it, and
the pendulum effect hit Perry as well! Mortos squashed Clon
with a pop-up Samoan Drop! Mortos clapped up the crowd and
then set up the ladder, but Bailey and Komander came in to
stop him with kicks. Bailey and Komander raced to the top as
the crowd chanted “SPEEDBALL,” but Mortos knocked the ladder
down to take both men to the mat. 

Mortos hit Bailey with a big headbutt and threw him into a
ladder propped up in the corner with a gorilla press slam!
OUCH! Komander put Mortos into a ladder with a drop toe hold
and then walked up the ropes for a long-range springboard
splash to Mortos on the ladder! Clon nailed Komander with a
powerbomb knee to the face! He dropped Komander on the
ladder and walked up the ropes for a moonsault! Clon set up
the ladder in the corner, but turned into Perry, who monkey
flipped Clon into the ladder! Wayne came in from behind and
ran up the ladder for Sliced Bread #2 on Perry! Wayne hit a
sliding dropkick to a ladder Komander was holding on the
outside! Wayne followed with a nasty swanton bomb over the
top to Komander! Mortos laid out Wayne and Komander with big
headbutts and then caught Clon’s dive, but Clon rolled
through and sprung up to Wayne and Komander for a double
DDT!

Mortos threw Bailey to the apron, but Bailey bounced off and
kicked Mortos. He jumped on the apron and hit a back kick to
Clon. Bailey and Perry faced off, but Perry ran to the ropes
and slid under Bailey to drop Clon with a bulldog on the
floor while Bailey flew backwards with a beautiful moonsault
to Mortos! Bailey pointed to the tallest ladder on the top
of the ramp, but was clobbered by Perry before he could get
to it. All six men wound up fighting near the big ladder
until Bailey came off the tippy top with a moonsault that
took out everyone but Perry! Perry considered his next move
and decided to climb up the ladder with a moonsault of his
own! Perry landed on his feet and took the tall ladder down
to the ring. Bailey was there to meet him on the apron, and
they got in a shoving match that turned into an exchange of
heavy shots. Perry caught Bailey’s leg and delivered a
superkick. Perry tried for a Canadian Destroyer, but Bailey
blocked it and set up for a standing moonsault kneedrop,
only for Wayne to come off the turnbuckles with a Wayne’s
World to Bailey on the apron!

Perry climbed the ladder all alone until Mortos pulled him
off the ladder and tossed him to the floor. Mortos started
to climb up the ladder, so Komander walked the ropes and
flew across the ring to dropkick him off the ladder!
Komander put the ladder on Mortos’ neck and climbed the
other side, but he was unable to reach the contract. Mortos
started to push the ladder up, so Komander changed plans and
hit a tornillo on Bailey and Clon! Mortos hit a tornillo of
his own through the ropes on the floor at Bailey and Clon!
Mortos set up and climbed the large ladder, but was stopped
when Perry hit him in the back with another ladder. All of a
sudden, three ladders were set up, and all six men climbed
up to fight for the contract! First, Clon went down, then
Perry and Wayne got knocked to the mat. Mortos knocked
Komander and Bailey all the way to the floor and tried to
climb, but he was slowed by a knee issue, which gave Perry
the chance to shove Mortos off the ladder. 

Perry went to the floor and retrieved multiple tables. Three
ladders were set up around the ring by Perry, Wayne and
Clon. Komander caught Wayne with a thrust kick and tried to
straighten out his table. Meanwhile, Mortos came back after
Perry,y and they fought to the apron. Perry climbed the
turnbuckles and took Mortos off the apron through a table on
the floor with a hurricanrana! Mortos hit both of his legs
on a ladder at impact! On the other side, Clon put Speedball
through a table with a diving foot stomp! Wayne was on
another table at the end of the ramp, so Komander ran from
one side of the ropes to the other and put Wayne through the
table with a tightrope spaceman plancha! 

Back in the ring, Clon nailed Komander with a thrust kick
and stopped Perry from climbing up the ladder. Mortos was
somehow back in and took down Clon and then Perry. Mortos
powerbombed Perry on a propped-up ladder in the corner! Clon
turned Mortos’ offense into a tilt-o-whirl backbreaker!
Komander and Clon fought on a ladder bridge between the
corner and another ladder in the middle of the ring. Clon
captured Komander and sent him off the ladder bridge with a
Hecho en Mexico! Wayne got back in the ring and planted Clon
with a crucifix driver! Wayne put Clon on a table in front
of the commentary desk and hit an unreal Phoenix Splash off
the ladder to put Clon through the table! 

“HOLY SHIT!” chants rang out around the arena!

Wayne and Perry battled on top of the tallest ladder in the
middle of the ring, and Perry sent Wayne into the ladder
bridge with a Canadian Destroyer! The crowd came alive as
they saw Speedball get back in the ring! He set up a ladder
between the top and middle turnbuckles and connected on
multiple kicks to Mortos, which allowed Speedball to put him
on the ladder. Speedball went to the top and connected with
Ultima Weapon! Bailey climbed up the ladder and pulled down
the contract to win the match! The crowd went wild to see
their hometown favorite win! Speedball has earned a future
shot at the AEW International Championship!


Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) def. Death Riders' Will
Ospreay and AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley


The Young Bucks were out first with a much more serious look
on their face than we’re used to seeing from the Jackson
brothers. While Ospreay usually enters down the ramp and
alone, tonight, he was with Moxley and also sporting the
Death Riders logo on his ring jacket as he made his way
through the crowd with Moxley and Marina Shafir. Ospreay had
a very different look on his face, almost scary.

Nick and Ospreay started things off, and after a clean break
by Ospreay, Nick started throwing punches, but Ospreay got
the better of the exchange. Ospreay jumped right back up
after a shoulder tackle from Nick and blasted him in the
face. Nick worked Ospreay’s arm and ran up the ropes for an
armdrag to send Ospreay to the mat. Ospreay charged right
back at Nick, and ate a spinning heel kick for his troubles.
Matt tagged in and flipped over Ospreay. He yelled to his
brother, “Let’s do something badass!” Nick came off the
ropes, and Matt launched him into Ospreay for a
hurricanrana. Moxley came in, and they tripped him to the
mat and connected with double basement dropkicks. Matt
slingshotted Ospreay into the corner, where Nick was waiting
with a kick. Matt held Ospreay over his knees, and Nick came
down with a diving double stomp to a wide-open Ospreay! That
was brutal! Ospreay kicked out on the pin attempt, but was
clearly shaken up.

Ospreay and Nick had a nasty crack of heads in the middle of
the ring, and both were immediately dazed. Nick tagged Matt,
who checked on his brother, so Ospreay charged, and Matt
took him down with an arm drag. Matt brought Ospreay over to
his corner and reached for a tag to Nick, but Nick was on
the floor still trying to shake out the cobwebs. Matt went
out to talk to him, so Ospreay followed with a flying
crossbody! He threw Matt back in and then paused to have the
referee check on Nick. Moxley stormed over to Ospreay and
told him to get his head in the game and focus on Matt.
Ospreay walked into a jawbreaker from Matt, who then went to
the ropes, where Moxley kneed him in the back. Matt turned
around into Ospreay, but avoided him twice and spiked
Ospreay with a DDT! He followed with a dropkick to Moxley
through the ropes and then a crossbody dive to Moxley!
Ospreay grabbed the referee’s attention, which allowed
Shafir to pull Matt off the apron and throw him into the
steel steps! The Bucks are in major trouble!

Moxley threw Matt to Ospreay, who chopped Matt in the corner
and brought him over to Mox for a tag. Moxley punished Matt
with crossfaces and then unloaded on Matt in the corner.
Ospreay tagged back in and hit a backbreaker for a near-
fall. Moxley tagged in and they dropped Matt with a double
shoulder block. Mox threw Matt up in the air with a twisting
release suplex, but Matt kicked out. Ospreay tagged back in
for another double-team, but Matt sent Moxley to the floor.
Ospreay grabbed Matt before he could make a tag, although
Nick still looked out of it on the apron. Ospreay threw Matt
into the Death Riders’ corner, but Matt escaped and went to
dive for a tag, only Nick wasn’t there. Moxley pulled Nick
off the apron and dumped him on the floor with a
piledriver! 

Back in the ring, Ospreay hit a springboard elbow to the
back of Matt’s head and followed up with a Liger Bomb for a
near-fall! Ospreay tried to lock in Death Ground, but Matt
blocked it, and Ospreay kneed him in the midsection. Matt
was sent to the corner, so he blasted Mox and avoided
Ospreay by jumping to the apron. He hit Mox again and then
dropped Ospreay with a running clothesline before diving
back onto Moxley with a crossbody from the apron. Matt
crawled back over to Nick to make a tag, but Nick was still
out of it and barely reaching. Ospreay caught Matt, but Matt
reversed it into a facebuster. Matt cautiously tagged Nick,
who came right in and fired away at Moxley and Ospreay! A
kick combo on Moxley and Ospreay led to a
bulldog/clothesline combo from Nick! Nick turned a cazadora
into a stunner on Ospreay for a nearfall. Matt tagged back
in and draped Ospreay over the top rope. Nick stomped
Ospreay into a powerbomb from Matt and then dove onto Mox on
the floor. Ospreay kicked out at two! Nick called for a
Meltzer Driver, but Moxley came in to stop it. Mox tried for
Paradigm Shift, but Matt reversed it into the tombstone
position. Nick flipped off the top right into Ospreay’s
waiting arms for a Styles Clash while Moxley hit a
piledriver on Matt! Ospreay covered Nick, but he kicked out
at two!

Moxley tagged in and he and Ospreay went into their barrage
of attacks in the corner with Moxley dropping Nick with a
cutter. Ospreay came off the turnbuckles with a tornillo to
Matt on the floor. In the ring, Moxley ate a superkick and
fired back with a King Kong lariat to Nick! Nick escaped
Moxley in the corner with back elbows, and they stumbled to
the middle of the ring, where Ospreay came flying off the
top rope only for Nick to duck and Ospreay wound up cracking
Moxley with a flying forearm! The Bucks tried to double-team
Ospreay, but he managed to throw Nick’s kick into Matt, and
Nick reversed Ospreay into a sitout facebuster. Moxley ate a
pair of superkicks, and Nick went to the top, but Ospreay
stopped him, and Moxley locked Matt in a choke. Nick kicked
free of Ospreay, and Matt rolled away from Moxley so Nick
could hit a 450 splash on Moxley from the top rope! Ospreay
came right back with a springboard 450 splash to Nick. Matt
immediately dropped Ospreay with a Canadian Destroyer! He
powered through it and ate a superkick from Nick! The Bucks
hit a BTE Trigger on Moxley! Matt covered Mox, and Nick
tried to clothesline Ospreay, but he ducked and broke up the
pin with a Hidden Blade! WHAT A MATCH! 

The crowd is on their feet and chanting “AEW!”

Moxley tagged Ospreay, and Matt tagged Nick, but Nick
stumbled as he entered the ring. The referee tried to check
on him, and Ospreay pointed Nick to tag out. Nick responded
with a big forearm to Nick, and the two traded until Ospreay
put Nick in a daze with a rolling elbow. He followed up with
a pair of heel kicks and then crushed Nick with a lunging
forearm. Moxley was fired up and pushing Ospreay to keep
going, even though Nick was completely out of it. Ospreay
moved the ref out of the way and stood over Nick to elbow
him in the back of the mat, but couldn’t do it and Matt
covered up Nick. Moxley forcefully tagged in and threw Matt
to the floor. He stomped Nick’s head into the mat and
covered, but Nick kicked out at two! Moxley put Nick in a
bulldog choke and then transitioned to strikes to the back
of the head while Ospreay was agonizing over the entire
ordeal on the floor. 

Matt hit Moxley with a superkick, so Ospreay pulled him to
the floor. Matt tried to superkick Ospreay, who ducked, so
Matt nailed Shafir instead! Matt got Ospreay with a
superkick and pulled Moxley over the top rope into a rollup
from Nick for a nearfall. Moxley forearmed Matt off the
apron and hit Nick with two Paradigm Shifts! He pulled Nick
up and hit him with a Death Rider! Moxley went out to get a
chair and lined up Nick, so the referee tried to stop him
only for Moxley to shove him away! Ospreay took the chair
away from Moxley, but Matt superkicked the chair into
Ospreay’s face! The Bucks superkicked Mox and hit a BTE
Trigger! Nick staggered into the ropes, and Moxley rose back
up from his knees and flipped off the Bucks! The Bucks
unloaded on Mox with superkicks, and Nick pinned Moxley to
win it!


AEW International Championship Match: "The Protostar" Kyle
Fletcher (c) def. ROH World Champion Bandido


Bandido was out solo, and Fletcher had Don Callis, but
because Fletcher wanted no Callis Family involved, Callis
hugged Fletcher and returned to the back. The two
competitors faced off at the bell and began striking until
Fletcher hit a shoulder block. The two traded a series of
big reversals until Bandido bridged over Fletcher for a very
close two-count! And Fletcher knew it because he bailed to
the floor and tried to refresh himself with a bottle of
water. Fletcher came back in and booted Bandido in the side
of the head. Bandido sent Fletcher to the outside with a
Tejeras and charged up for a dive, but Fletcher knew it and
bodyslammed Bandido hard to the mat! He went to the ropes to
celebrate with a pose, and Montreal let him have it!

Fletcher stomped Bandido and taunted the crowd. Bandido
weakly punched back at Fletcher and then both men spilled
over the top to the floor. Bandido kicked Fletcher from the
apron and tried a moonsault from the second rope, but
Fletcher was waiting with a perfectly timed kick! Fletcher
argued with the referee and powerbombed Bandido into the
corner of the apron! Fletcher took a victory lap around the
ring to taunt the crowd once again, but once he came in the
ring for a pin attempt, Bandido was able to kick out at two.
Fletcher took Bandido to the mat with a full nelson, which
Bandido eventually escaped by getting to the ropes. Bandido
chopped Fletcher, so Fletcher absolutely smashed him with a
strike and put a knee on his chest for a cocky cover.
Bandido kicked out and blocked a brainbuster attempt, so
Fletcher hammered back to the mat. Bandido reversed
Fletcher’s second attempt and suplexed Fletcher in a great
show of power!

Bandido was too quick for Fletcher with quick strikes in the
corner from the apron and followed with a tornillo from the
top rope. Bandido hit three elbow strikes and a one-handed
gorilla press slam! Bandido went up top and nailed a frog
splash, but Fletcher kicked out at two! Bandido went back to
the top, so Fletcher met him with an elbow strike. Fletcher
tried to hook up Bandido again, so Bandido dropped down and
pulled Fletcher off the top in another gorilla press slam
attempt. Fletcher stopped it by holding onto the top rope to
drop back into the ring and then dropped Bandido with a
nasty lariat! Fletcher hit a sheer drop Brainbuster on the
apron! Fletcher sat on the floor and smiled. He returned to
the ring and called for the referee to count Bandido out.
After receiving some encouragement from a fan at ringside,
Bandido rolled back in just in time. Fletcher was waiting
with a high-angle, sitout powerbomb! Bandido kicked out!
Fletcher took his time and snapped Bandido to the mat with a
half-and-half suplex. He tried another, but Bandido reversed
it and hit a German Suplex! He hung on and tried for a
Dragon Suplex, so Fletcher stretched his arms to block it.
Bandido flipped over Fletcher and kept his hands locked, so
he bounced off the ropes and hit Fletcher with a 21 Dragon
Plex! Bandido held the bridge, and Fletcher just managed to
kick out in time!

Bandido tried for a 21 Plex, but Fletcher stood up, and
Bandido landed on the apron. Fletcher hit a forearm and went
to the apron for another brainbuster attempt, which Bandido
blocked and fell in the ring. He booted Fletcher and tried
to jump over him for a sunset flip powerbomb to the floor,
but Fletcher hung on to stop it, only for Bandido to stay
with it and powerbomb Fletcher to the floor. Bandido went
all the way to the top rope and crushed Fletcher with a frog
splash on the floor! That must have been a 15-foot drop!
Bandido threw Fletcher back in and connected on a shooting
star press, but didn’t get all of the pin attempt, and
Fletcher kicked out!

Bandido tried another 21 Plex, so Fletcher grabbed the top
rope and reversed the hold to go for a half-and-half, but
Bandido landed on his feet! They exchanged thrust kicks, but
Bandido was able to hit a tornado DDT! Both men stayed down
til the count of eight, when they met with headbutts from
their knees in the middle of the ring. Fletcher booted
Bandido in the side of the head and begged for him to get
back up. Bandido hit a quick succession of headbutts and
tried the X Knee, but Fletcher blocked it! Fletcher threw an
elbow into Bandido’s jaw and dropped his knee pad to measure
Bandido. Bandido reversed it into a pop-up face-first slam!
Fletcher kicked out at two!

Bandido chopped Fletcher in the corner and put him on the
top turnbuckle. Fletcher fought back, and Bandido returned
fire. Bandido came off the top with a Revolutionary Fly!
Fletcher kicked out again! Bandido hit the X-Knee! Fletcher
was against the ropes, so Bandido went for the 21 Plex and
connected! 1-2-FLETCHER KICKED OUT! Bandido mounted Fletcher
and rained down strikes. Fletcher tried to crawl away, but
he baited Bandido into a lariat. Fletcher hit his own
version of a Power Drive Knee to Bandido, then quickly hit a
sheer drop brainbuster! 1-2-BANDIDO KICKED OUT!

Fletcher brought Bandido to the top for a super brainbuster,
but Bandido slipped behind and pushed Fletcher onto the
turnbuckle connectors. Fletcher knocked Bandido off the
ropes, so Bandido jumped back up right into Fletcher’s arms
for an avalanche Michinoku Driver! Bandido kicked out again!
Fletcher lawn darted Bandido into the turnbuckle and
followed with a running kick to the head! Fletcher brought
Bandido up to the top rope and dropped Bandido on the
turnbuckle with a brainbuster! Fletcher pinned Bandido for
the victory! Callis came out to congratulate Fletcher.


Double Chain Match: The Dogs (David Finlay and "100 Proof"
Clark Connors) def. Bang Bang Gang's Juice Robinson and
"Switchblade" Jay White


After both teams made their way to the ring, the referees
connected Robinson and White to separate chains, but when
they tried to connect them to The Dogs, Finlay and Connors
attacked! Connors whipped Robinson while Finlay did the same
to White. The Dogs connected the chains to their wrists, so
the bell rang to start the match. The Dogs tried to send
Bang Bang Gang into each other, but they reversed it, and
Finlay and Connors went down instead! White and Robinson
started to get use of the chains all over Finlay and
Connors, including a double clothesline to the floor. With
The Dogs wide open against the ring skirt, White and
Robinson unloaded with a series of whips to the chest and
body. Red marks appeared immediately on The Dogs! White and
Robinson hit stereo crossbodies from the ring to the floor
and continued the attack on the outside. White tried to
swing the chain into Finlay against the post, but Finlay
moved, and White got stung in the hands. Finlay pushed White
into the post! Connors pulled Robinson into the steel steps!
Finlay powerbombed White into the ring post and then started
whipping him with the chain on the floor!

Connors sat Robinson in a chair and wrapped him in the chain
so he could hit a running shoulder block into the prone
Robinson! Finlay pulled White up into a forearm, and Finlay
knocked Robinson into the steel steps yet again! Finlay and
Connors unloaded with the chains in the ring and posed to
taunt the crowd. Finlay slammed White into the chain and
then whipped Robinson in the ankle! Connors wrapped the
chain around the post with Robinson stuck in the corner, and
it quickly turned into a dangerous choke. Finally, White
came to help and knocked Finlay to the opposite corner, so
he wasn’t able to get to Robinson right away. He threw
Connors to the floor and caught Finlay’s leg for a leg whip.
Robinson hit a series of jabs on Connors and followed with a
senton. White nailed Finlay with a uranage for a near-fall,
the first pin attempt of the match!

Finlay connected with a backbreaker to White across his knee
and then pushed Robinson into Connors for a powerslam.
Connors and Finlay mercilessly whipped Robinson with their
chains, and Connors tried to choke Robinson unconscious.
White tried to make the save, but Finlay threw him to the
floor. White tried to get back in, but Finlay was able to
restrict his reach with the chain. White overpowered Finlay
and sent him to the floor, which allowed him to pull Connors
off Robinson with a head-and-neck suplex! White picked up
Connors for a Blade Runner, but Finlay pulled White to the
ropes with the chain. That allowed Connors to spear White!
Finlay choked White with the chain and then hit a high-low
with Connors, but when Connors went to cover, he was yanked
to the floor by Robinson. Finlay tried a cover, but White
kicked out. Finlay dumped White on his head dangerously with
a Dominator, but somehow White kicked out!

The Dogs tried for the Full Clip, but Robinson jumped up to
break it up, so Connors headbutted him back to the floor.
Finlay stayed on White with body shots, but White still
managed to float away on the suplex attempt while Robinson
pulled Connors off the top rope onto the steel steps on the
floor with a sickening thwack! Back in the ring, White hit
Finlay with a pair of Cutthroat Suplexes, which opened him
to an extended lashing from White and Robinson. White tried
to neuter Finlay by pulling the chain up between his legs.
He pulled Finlay up for a Blade Runner, but Wheeler Yuta and
Daniel Garcia yanked White out of the ring! They quickly
dropped him, but the rest of Bang Bang Gang made their way
out! Austin and Colten Gunn and Ace Austin quickly took care
of Yuta and Garcia. However, Marina Shafir came out to
ringside during the chaos and handed Finlay his shillaleigh.
Robinson dropped Connors with a right hand and went to hit
Finlay, but Finlay beat him to it with a shillaleigh shot to
the head! Finlay covered White for the pinfall victory!


Jon Moxley Says if Will Ospreay Won’t Pull the Trigger, He
Will


Renee Paquette was backstage with Will Ospreay and said that
was a big win for the Young Bucks earlier tonight, although
Nick Jackson was clearly in bad shape. Ospreay explained
that they butted heads, and with Nick’s history of neck
trauma, Ospreay didn’t want to act on it. Moxley walked up
and said, “You gonna make me say it?”

Ospreay cut him off and said he’s not trying to kill anyone.
There’s nothing on the line other than a winner’s bonus, and
he’s not trying to hurt or take anyone out. Moxley mocked
the idea of Nick having neck trauma because it’s pro
wrestling. But he told Ospreay that they can win another tag
match next week, so who cares, but Wembley Stadium is not
just another match. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Moxley wanted Ospreay to open his eyes.

“There are no friends at the top. You can’t be Mr. Nice Guy.
Not everyone is your friend. You can’t turn your back on
anybody. I don’t wanna be there when you learn this lesson
the hard way. So, if you won’t pull the trigger, I will.”

Moxley walked away, and Paquette threw it back to ringside.


TBS Championship Match: Maya World def. Hikaru Shida (c)


World made her way to the ring for her first AEW title shot
on her birthday! Shida and World traded takedowns until
Shida knocked World to the floor with a knee strike. Shida
came off the apron with a meteora to World on the floor. She
threw World back in, but World tried to charge right back
out and the two wound up trading punches on the corner of
the ring. Shida pulled World down to bounce her head off the
apron. With World against the ring apron, Shida charged, so
World kicked her away and used the momentum to flip back
into the ring. She quickly went to the middle rope and flew
off with a crossbody to Shida on the floor! 

World hit a dropkick in the ring and tried for a pin, but
only got a two-count. World tried to attack Shida in the
corner until Shida trapped her leg in the ropes. Shida and
World battled on the top turnbuckle until Shida locked World
in a Stretch Muffler from above the ring! She let go and
mounted World for punches, but bit her in the head instead!
Shida hit a backbreaker over her knee and covered for
another nearfall. Shida targeted World’s knee, so World took
Shida down with a desperate tijeras. Shida cradled World for
a near-fall. After a battle on the ropes, Shida hit World
with a dropkick from the middle rope for another near-fall.
World fought back with strikes, and Shida hit a jumping
knee. World reversed a Falcon Arrow into a nearfall and then
connected with a mean double stomp to Shida’s chest. World
used a variety of kicks to take Shida down, finishing with
an enzuigiri. Shida charged in the corner, so World stomped
her to the mat. World connected with a second rope moonsault
to get a two-count. 

World charged for a Shining Wizard, so Shida caught it and
locked in a half crab. Shida tried to transition into the
TBS Lock, but World got to the ropes. Shida went up top and
nailed World with a meteora! World kicked out just in time!
Shida tried for a Falcon Arrow again, but World managed to
reverse it into a two-count. Shida reversed that into a two-
count of her own. World did the same for another nearfall,
and when Shida reversed it again, she got yet another two-
count! The two women took each other down with simultaneous
clotheslines. 

World came out of the corner with a Shining Wizard to the
front of Shida, but with a sense of urgency, she hit a
second Shining Wizard to the back of Shida’s head! World
connected on a third Shining Wizard, but Shida sensed she
was in dire straits and rolled to the floor. World stood on
the apron, so Shida tried to use her kendo stick, but the
referee pulled it away! World came flying through the ropes
on a suicide dive that hit Shida hard! World threw Shida
back in and missed a moonsault out of the corner. Shida
cradled World for a near-fall. Shida cracked World with the
Kitana! World kicked out again! Shida had wrist control and
pulled World up, but World struck back and blocked a punch
to roll Shida up for another close near-fall! Shida hit a
nasty elbow and a cutthroat tombstone! 1-2-World kicked out
again! 

Shida put World in The TBS Lock, but grabbed World’s arm and
switched into a release German suplex! Shida ran into World
with three knee strikes to the head! Shida connected with a
Falcon Arrow! 1-2-World grabbed the bottom rope! Shida
thought she won and argued with the referee. She ran back at
World, who caught Shida out of nowhere with a bridging
fallaway slam for the three-count! WORLD IS THE NEW TBS
CHAMPION! Shida couldn’t believe it!


The Demand Challenge AEW World Trios Champions The
Conglomeration on Dynamite!


After watching The Lethal Twist fail to beat The
Conglomeration for the AEW World Trios Titles on The Buy-In,
Ricochet, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona decided to challenge
Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly for the
AEW World Trios Championship this Wednesday on Dynamite in
Detroit!


AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: Adam Copeland and
Christian Cage (c) def. Death Riders' PAC and Claudio
Castagnoli


Cope was out first, and while taking his ring jacket off in
the ring, he was tackled by Castagnoli and quickly swarmed
by PAC for a two-on-one beatdown! Cage’s music hit, and he
ran down, but was immediately cut off by PAC and Castagnoli.
Castagnoli hit a backbreaker on Cage in the middle of the
ramp and went back to the ring to celebrate with the AEW
World Tag Team Titles prematurely. 

The referee checked with Cope, who insisted he was good
enough to go, so the bell rang and the match began with PAC
and Castagnoli pummeling Cope in their corner. Cage started
to get to the ring, so PAC and Castagnoli went out to stop
him and whipped Cage into the steel steps. They returned to
the ring for the complete isolation and decimation of Cope
in their corner. There was nothing pretty about the offense,
but it was ruthless and effective with kicks, stomps, and
strikes. Cope showed a brief hint of life by turning a
sleeper into a sleeper of his own, but Castagnoli ended that
hope with a back suplex. Cope flipped out of a Neutralizer
attempt and took Castagnoli down with a clothesline.

Cage finally got the tag and unloaded on PAC with punches in
the corner followed by a bite. He leapt off the turnbuckles
for a jumping DDT to spike PAC! Cage covered for a near-
fall, but was aware enough to see Castagnoli rushing in, so
he gouged his eyes and threw Castagnoli right into PAC. Cage
choked PAC on the ropes by standing on his back and jumped
to the floor for an uppercut. Castagnoli tried to stop him,
so Cage kicked him away and threw his shoulder into PAC’s
gut before launching him over the top rope with a back body
drop on Castagnoli! Cage threw PAC back in and hit a top
rope diving headbutt for a nearfall! He lined up PAC for a
spear, so Castagnoli grabbed his leg. That distraction was
all PAC needed to blast Cage with a big boot to the face. 

Castagnoli unloaded with punches in the corner and bit
Cage’s head! Castagnoli and Cage wound up on the top
turnbuckle, where Cage brought him down with a superplex.
PAC followed with an elbow drop to Cage after a blind tag,
but Cage kicked out at two. PAC ran around the ring to
hammer Cage back to the floor. Castagnoli tagged back in and
hit Cage with a gutwrench backbreaker, which allowed PAC to
come off the top with a stomp! Cage kicked out again!
Castagnoli locked Cage in a Sharpshooter, which did not go
over well in Montreal. Cope started to get up again, so
Castagnoli let go and blasted him in the head. PAC whipped
Cope into the barricade, which gave Castagnoli the chance to
hit a running uppercut to send Cope into the crowd. He
followed Cope out there and threw him into a wall. Back in
the ring, PAC tried a shooting star press, but Cage got his
knees up and cradled PAC for a nearfall!

Castagnoli stomped Cage across the chest and tagged back in,
so he and PAC could hit their usual barrage of strikes in
the corner. Castagnoli swung Cage into PAC for a dropkick,
but once again Cage kicked out! Cope made his way back over
the barricade to the ringside area, so Castagnoli charged
after him, but Cope backdropped him into the crowd! In the
ring, Cage dropped PAC with a Killswitch! PAC kicked out at
two! Cope is back in the corner and Cage made the tag!

Cope threw whatever he had at the Death Riders and took both
down with a diving double clothesline! He knocked both down
again and powerbombed PAC into Castagnoli in the corner.
Cope spiked PAC with an Impaler DDT! And then hit another to
Castagnoli on top of PAC. Cope covered PAC, but Castagnoli
made the save. Cope clotheslined Castagnoli to the floor, so
PAC tried to roll him up with his feet on the ropes until
the referee caught him! Cope hit PAC with a Cope-a-Matic!
Cope had no one to tag with, Cage still down, so he pulled
himself up and fed off the crowd. He ran at PAC for a spear,
so PAC jumped up, and Cope ran into the second turnbuckle.
He turned around into a thrust kick from PAC, and Castagnoli
jumped over the top to grab Cope for a Neutralizer while PAC
scaled the ropes. He came off for the assisted Neutralizer,
but Cage came out of nowhere to make the save! Castagnoli
and Cage spilled to the floor. Cope put PAC in a crossface,
which Castagnoli broke away from Cage to break up.

Castagnoli ripped Cage back into the ring and fired up PA so
that they could alternate rapid-fire strikes in the corners.
Cage moved out of PAC’s way, and Cope hit an uppercut on
Castagnoli to send him into a spear from Cage! Cage popped
PAC up into a spear from Cope, who covered PAC for the win!
The Young Bucks made their way to the ring and faced off
with Cage and Cope until it was revealed that these two
teams would meet for the first time at All In: London for
the AEW World Tag Team Titles! Cope shook hands with the
Bucks, but Cage walked away from the handshakes. 


No Holds Barred: "The Painmaker" Jericho def. "Psycho
Killer" Tommaso Ciampa


His shadow knows his story, but was Ciampa ready for his
first experience with The Painmaker? Painmaker came to the
ring with a barbed wire-covered baseball bat, so Ciampa
grabbed a chair. They dueled with the weapons, but the chair
was enough to give Ciampa the advantage. He slammed
Painmaker’s head into the chair. Ciampa missed with the
chair, so Painmaker hit a Codebreaker! Ciampa kicked out at
two. Painmaker pulled out a bag of sand and threw it in
Ciampa’s eyes! Painmaker kicked Ciampa and chopped him
against the ring. Ciampa reversed a whip and sent Painmaker
into the barricade. 

Ciampa set up a table and walked back over to Painmaker, who
blew a fire extinguisher in his face! Ciampa ran away to
wash his eyes out, so he didn’t see Painmaker coming with
the fire extinguisher to the head! Painmaker hit Ciampa with
the edge of the chair and followed him to the apron. Jericho
tried to suplex off the apron, but Ciampa fought out of it
and put Painmaker through the table with a Fairytale Ending
to the floor! Ciampa covered, and Painmaker kicked out!
Ciampa threw Painmaker head-first into a chair lodged
between the turnbuckles. Ciampa found a hockey stick, which
earned a huge ovation from the Montreal crowd. He hit and
choked Jericho with it and then put on a hockey helmet to a
big cheer, but got the complete opposite reaction times 10
when he put on the hated Boston Bruins jersey! Ciampa made
matters worse by producing a stuffed version of Montreal’s
mascot Youppi, who he proceeded to beat up with the hockey
stick and finished off with a Project Ciampa?! Ciampa
covered Youppi and made referee Aubrey Edwards count it, so
of course, Painmaker broke up the pin with a trash can to
Ciampa’s head! What will happen next? 

Painmaker hit another trash can shot and put it over Ciampa.
He picked up the hockey stick and took a big swing that
smashed the can around Ciampa! Painmaker picked up Youppi
and kissed it to make sure it was okay. Jericho brought in a
bag that was filled with hockey pucks covered in tacks!
Painmaker dropped Ciampa onto the tack pucks with a
brainbuster! Painmaker used sandpaper across the forehead of
Ciampa, and he was bleeding profusely! Painmaker threw the
Bruins jersey into the trash, which went over well with the
crowd!

Painmaker set up a barbed wire-covered table on the floor,
but when he got back in the ring, Ciampa fired the trash can
at his face! Ciampa hit a few more can shots and ground a
tack puck into Painmaker’s head! Ciampa cracked Painmaker
with a bicycle knee, but Painmaker kicked. There’s a tack
embedded in Painmaker’s forehead, and he is also bleeding!
Ciampa pulled out a protective pad covered in tacks, but
before he could use it, Painmaker put on the Walls of
Jericho! Ciampa couldn’t break the hold in the ropes, so he
had to use the barbed wire bat to hit Painmaker in the back.
With the hold broken, Ciampa cracked Painmaker in the head
with the bat and then ground the barbs into Painmaker’s
face. They fought to the apron, and Painmaker put Ciampa
through the barbed wire-covered table with a Death Valley
Driver! Painmaker’s arm was caught in the barbs, and he had
to yank himself free! Painmaker is making pain for everyone!

Painmaker threw Ciampa back in, but enough time had passed
for Ciampa to kick out. Painmaker put Ciampa on the top
turnbuckle and stabbed him in the knee with a pencil!
Painmaker pulled a sheet off something at ringside that
turned out to be a mirror! That earned him a “You sick
f***!” chant from the crowd before he even used it!
Painmaker put the mirror across two chairs and went back to
the top to stab Ciampa in the head more, but Ciampa hit him
low! Ciampa put Jericho through the mirror with an avalanche
Psycho Driller! 1-2-Painmaker kicked out! Ciampa found a
power drill and went at Painmaker’s head, but Painmaker
blocked it and blinded Ciampa with green mist! He hit Ciampa
with the Judas Effect! Ciampa kicked out in time! 

Painmaker had a second mirror covered in barbed wire,e and
he smashed it across Ciampa’s back! Painmaker found the
elbow pad covered in tacks and put it on for another Judas
Effect! Ciampa kicked out again! Painmaker got the drill and
put it into Ciampa’s head, which led to a tap out for the
victory! That was as gnarly as it gets!


Divine Dominion Talk to Mick Foley Who Suggest They Face The
Brawling Birds


Mick Foley was backstage with AEW Women’s World Tag Team
Champions Divine Dominion. Before he could ask a question,
they had him sit down. Lena Kross asked him if he’s seen two
women more dominant than them, and Foley started to give the
Crush Gals as an example, so Megan Bayne asked if he’s seen
anyone as violent as them. He didn’t. They continued to
pepper Foley with questions and wondered why no one wanted
to face them. He said he knows two women who want to face
them and they haven’t beaten the Brawling Birds. Kross asked
if Foley thought they stood a single chance in hell, and
when he said maybe, Bayne said he should bow down. Foley did
his version of that.


AEW National Championship: Andrade El Ídolo def. Don Callis
Family's Mark Davis (c)


Andrade had quite the entourage of admirers that accompanied
him down the ramp. Davis made an entrance that was the
opposite of that, as he was all business, looking to add
another defense of his AEW National Championship. Andrade
hit Davis with Día de los Muertos at the bell, and Davis
just barely kicked out in time! That was nearly over as fast
as it started! Andrade fought out of the corner and took
Davis down with a hurricanrana. Davis dropped Andrade across
the top rope and bodyslammed him before following with a
senton splash. Davis continued with elbow strikes and
chopped Andrade into the corner. Andrade grabbed Davis’ arm
over the ropes in a crossarm breaker, which the referee’s
count broke up. Andrade came off the top with a crossbody
for a one-count, so Davis rolled to the apron. Andrade used
a gamengiri to knock Davis to the floor and kept the heat on
with a hurricanrana from the apron.

Andrade took time for a selfie with an admirer and a drink
from another fan. That gave Davis the chance to recover and
lay out Andrade with a release vertical suplex into the
corner of the ring. Davis hit a diving elbow to Andrade’s
jaw in the corner. Andrade kicked out, so Davis put him in a
rear chinlock. Andrade kicked free of Davis, but when he
tried near the corner, Davis grabbed his leg and held him
upside down in a standing single-leg crab! Davis stood on
Andrade for a cocky pin, so Andrade kicked out, but Davis
continued to hammer him down to the mat. Davis tried another
senton splash, but he landed on Andrade’s knees.

The two traded strikes until Andrade appeared to have the
advantage, but he turned his back long enough for Davis to
smash him in the back of the head. Andrade came back with a
flying forearm and sprang back to his feet. Andrade lined up
Davis for running knees in the corner, but Davis got back to
his feet and leveled Andrade. Andrade turned things around
with a neckbreaker/elbow drop combo followed by Three Amigos
to get a near-fall. Andrade crushed Davis with running knees
in the corner, but Davis kicked out again! Davis escaped The
DM with a sidewalk slam and a diving elbow strike to get a
two-count! Davis rebounded Andrade off the ropes for a
massive lariat and quickly grabbed him by the legs to pull
Andrade into a piledriver! Andrade narrowly kicked out!

Andrade escaped a sleeper on the apron, but Davis
clotheslined him back into the ring. Davis pulled him back
to the apron and tried for a piledriver, but Andrade
launched Davis knee-first into the turnbuckle with a
hurricanrana! Andrade went all the way to the top of the
ring post for a moonsault to Davis all the way on the floor!
He threw Davis back in for a moonsault from the top, but
Davis rolled so Andrade landed on his feet and connected on
a second moonsault attempt! He removed his pants much to the
delight of the crowd and went back to the top rope. Andrade
came down on Davis’ knees, and the champ tried for another
piledriver, but Andrade rolled through for a near-fall.
Andrade blasted Davis with El Día de los Muertos and The DM
to pin Davis and become the NEW AEW NATIONAL CHAMPION!
Andrade has his first AEW gold!


“Speedball” Mike Bailey Challenges Kyle Fletcher for Grand
Slam Mexico!


Lexy Nair was with Bailey, who was holding his newly won AEW
International Championship match contract. First, he
congratulated Andrade for taking a championship from the Don
Callis Family and then decided he wanted to call his shot.
So he wants to face “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher for the
AEW International Title on August 5 at Grand Slam Mexico! 


AEW Women's World Championship Match: Willow Nightingale
def. "The Toxic Spider" Thekla (c)


Nightingale’s ear was still bandaged after she needed
stitches following her brawl with Thekla last week on
Dynamite. Mercedes Moné, who will face the winner of this
match at All In: London, was seen watching the match from
high above the crowd. Nightingale put Thekla down
immediately with a spinebuster! She unloaded on Thekla in
the corner. Thekla fired back, so Willow pounced her out of
the ring! Willow ran Thekla into the barricade and off the
ring apron. Thekla got a brief moment of separation, but
Willow quickly turned that into a vertical suplex on the
floor! 

Willow tried to cannonball Thekla against the steel steps,
but Thekla moved, so Willow crashed into the steel. Thekla
quickly took advantage and stomped Willow’s head into the
ringside floor! Back in the ring, Thekla ripped at Willow’s
bandaged ear and even tried to bite it! Thekla hit a pair of
big strikes and put a cocky knee on Willow for a pin
attempt, but Willow kicked out at one. Thekla bit the ear
again and tried to pull Willow’s mouth apart while holding
back her arms. She tried to go after the ear again, so
Willow bit Thekla’s fingers! 

Thekla hit a big boot across Willow’s face while she was
draped on the ropes. She tried to follow up, but Willow hit
a desperation lariat out of nowhere to slam Thekla hard into
the corner of the ring! Willow pulled Thekla back in and hit
three clotheslines followed by big strikes in both corners.
Willow hit a second-rope dropkick for a two-count! Thekla
hit a big strike from the apron and missed a crossbody from
the top, so Willow dropped Thekla with a shoulder block.
Thekla put Willow in an octopus hold, which Willow escaped
with a backbreaker. Willow went to the top, but Thekla
followed with a big elbow strike. She threw Willow down with
a Spider Suplex and rose back up to celebrate, so she didn’t
see Willow get back up and smash her into the tree of woe. 

Willow put Thekla over her shoulder and ran her into the
turnbuckle, but when Willow hung on for a powerslam attempt,
Thekla floated out of it and hit a big forearm. Willow came
back with a lariat, and both women went down. Willow tried
to tie up Thekla’s legs, but Thekla kept fighting back, and
Willow answered with shots of her own. Thekla bit Willow in
the face, so Willow let go of the hold and clotheslined
Thekla against the ropes. She charged at Thekla, who dropped
Willow to the mat and put her in a Muta Lock that seemed to
pull Willow into a forced smile! Willow broke the hold by
grabbing the ropes. Thekla charged at Willow with a boot
through the ropes, but Willow moved and hit a body shot
followed by an elbow. Nightingale put Thekla on her shoulder
for a Death Valley Driver, but the champion reversed it into
a DDT on the apron! 

Thekla went to the top and connected with a crossbody on
Willow, all the way to the floor! Back in the ring, Thekla
covered, and Willow kicked out at two! Thekla went into her
spider crawl and tried for a spear, which Willow avoided
with a sunset flip for a two-count! Willow hit a Death
Valley Driver for a two-count. Willow dropped the straps!
She picked up Thekla for Babe with the Powerbomb, but Thekla
escaped and cracked Willow with an elbow. She bridged over
Willow and grabbed the ropes, but the referee saw it and
stopped his count. Thekla walked right into a spinebuster
and pulled Thekla to the corner. Willow went up for a
moonsault press, but came up empty. Thekla charged for a
spear, but Willow caught her and spun into a powerbomb!
Willow was a little slow to go for the cover, although when
she did, Thekla was near the ropes and Skye Blue appeared
out of nowhere to put Thekla’s arm on the ropes! The referee
stopped his count and admonished what he thought he saw Blue
do, but she professed innocence. 

Willow knew better and went after Blue on the floor. She
crushed Blue by hitting a Babe with the Powerbomb on the
floor! Willow high-fived some fans and rolled back in, but
Thekla was waiting with a spear! Thekla didn’t go for the
pin and instead tried to stomp Willow’s head into the mat,
but Willow moved and grabbed Thekla in a backslide to get
the three-count! WILLOW NIGHTINGALE IS THE NEW AEW WOMEN’S
WORLD CHAMPION! The Conglomeration is out to celebrate with
Willow as Moné watched her All In: London opponent soak in
the moment! And the official graphic went up for their match
at Wembley Stadium! Orange Cassidy presented Willow’s
backpack so she could put her newly won AEW Women’s World
Title inside! All four members of The Conglomeration backed
up into four corners with the backpacks and came together
for a championship high-five in the middle of the ring!


AEW World Championship: Kenny Omega (c) def. TNT Champion
"The Jet" Kevin Knight


With a brand new theme song, “The Jet” came to the ring with
a mountain of confidence. And then, Kenny Omega made his
first PPV AEW World Championship entrance of this second
reign. Both men were out alone, so no Don Callis Family,
including Callis himself. During the championship
introductions, Knight attacked Omega from behind and briefly
held the AEW World Championship and TNT Championship up at
the same time. Before the match began, Knight ripped off his
wrist tape and choked Omega. The referee broke that up, and
the bell finally rang!

Knight hit a body shot, but Omega came roaring back at
Knight with strikes and chops against the ropes. Omega hit a
running elbow strike, but Knight stopped it with a big
dropkick. Knight used more body blows to Omega in the corner
and whipped him to the other side, but Omega flipped away
and sent Knight to the floor with a hurricanrana. Omega
charged up for a dive to the floor, so Knight got back in
the ring as soon as Omega turned around and stopped Omega
with a knee lift. Knight clotheslined Omega to the floor,
then followed up with a crossbody. Knight slammed Omega’s
head off the commentary desk three times and started talking
trash, so Omega came back to slam Knight’s head three times.
Omega threw Knight towards the LED board, so Knight
backflipped off it and ran up the commentary desk to come
down hard on Omega with a clothesline.

Back in the ring, Knight choked Omega over the ropes and
then threw him into the corner with authority, and Omega
fell to the mat. Knight covered for a one-count. He slammed
Omega and missed a splash, but Omega missed a senton. Knight
connected on the second attempt and pointed at his head for
his ring smarts. Knight covered for a two-count. Knight
dropped Omega with a pair of uppercuts. Omega came back with
some chops, so Knight gauged his eyes. Knight threw Omega to
the corner and ran into a back elbow and then a boot. Omega
put himself on the top turnbuckle, so Knight went up and
brought him down with a hurricanrana for another two-count.
Knight wrenched Omega’s knee and celebrated too early, so
Omega grabbed him for an ankle lock, but Knight got to the
ropes. 

Knight punched Omega into the corner and stomped him into
the mat. Knight stood on Omega's shoulders and grabbed the
turnbuckle for extra leverage. Someone has been watching
their Canadian wrestling history to prepare for this match!
Knight pulled Omega back to his feet for a shortarm
clothesline and got another two-count. The crowd chanted
“Speedball’s Better” at Knight, so he slowed things down
with an abdominal stretch. Omega rolled out of it into a pin
attempt, and Knight kicked out. Omega hit the first part of
You Can’t Escape, but the damage to his knee slowed him down
on the leap to the top rope, and Knight got his knees up on
the moonsault attempt. Knight tried for The Crash Landing,
but Omega rolled through it and hit a knee between Knight’s
shoulder blades, followed by a poisonrana!

Omega nailed Knight with a V-Trigger against the ropes! He
pulled Knight up to his shoulder for a One-Winged Angel, so
Knight rolled out of it and missed a jumping clothesline.
Omega dropped Knight with a Snap Dragon! Knight rolled to
the apron, so Omega followed and grabbed Knight by the hair
and fired up the crowd. He pulled Knight down again with a
nasty Snap Dragon on the apron! Knight went flailing to the
floor and pulled the top off the announce desk as he was
doing anything to escape. Omega stopped him and jumped on
the desk for another Snap Dragon on the desk! Omega threw
Knight back in the ring and took a victory lap around the
ring. He got back in and quieted the crowd. He yelled at
Knight and kneed him directly in the face with authority to
fold Knight backwards over his knees! Omega quieted the
crowd again and hit another brutal knee. Omega brought up
Knight for a powerbomb, but somehow Knight had enough in him
to hit a DDT counter! 

Omega and Knight traded strikes in the middle of the ring,
and Omega yelled at Knight for more! The crowd chanted for
Omega, and it turned into a boxing match! Knight went at
Omega’s eyes into the ropes. Omega caught Knight with a knee
lift, so Knight responded with a Sky High powerbomb! Omega
pulled himself to the apron, and Knight went up to the top
and came down on Omega with a big clothesline. Knight tried
it again off a springboard, but this time, Omega was ready
with a dropkick! Omega threw Knight back in and hit a stump
piledriver for a nearfall! Omega went up top, so Knight
knocked him down to the turnbuckles and went up to meet him.
Omega knocked Knight down with multiple shots, but Knight
got back up to the top turnbuckle in a single leap and bit
Omega’s head! Omega slipped to the apron and brought Knight
down with a sunset flip powerbomb! He followed with another
powerbomb and a V-Trigger, but Knight kicked out a two!
Omega thought it was over! Omega threw Knight to the corner
and put him on the top turnbuckle. Omega wanted a Snap
Dragon from the top, yet Knight sniffed it out and knocked
Omega down so his leg was hung up in the ropes. With Omega
prone, Knight raced across the ring and hit a coast-to-coast
dropkick from the top rope all the way over to Omega!

Knight went to the floor and grabbed both titles. When he
brought them to the apron, the referee immediately stopped
him, so Knight threw the AEW World Championship across the
ring to create a diversion. When the referee went to pick
that up, Knight charged at Omega with the TNT Title, but
Omega kicked him in the face! Omega put Knight on his
shoulders, so Knight slipped out of it and hit Omega with a
Crash Landing on the TNT Title! 1-2-Omega kicked out!
Knight went up top and tried a UFO Splash, but Omega got his
knees up! Omega got Knight back on his shoulders for a One-
Winged Angel, but Knight landed on his feet on the way down!
Knight hit an uppercut, and the two exchanged reversals near
the ropes until Omega caught Knight with a knee to the head!
Omega finally hit Knight with a One-Winged Angel and pinned
Knight for the AEW World Championship defense! 

Omega celebrated, but was soon attacked by Wheeler Yuta,
Daniel Garcia, Claudio Castagnoli and PAC while Jon Moxley
and Marina Shafir watched from the crowd. The Young Bucks
ran out to protect Omega, but were quickly subdued when
Moxley got involved. Claudio Castagnoli put a chair on
Omega’s head and backed up to stomp on it, but Will Ospreay
ran out to get in the middle of it! Ospreay begged them to
back off, but Yuta grabbed Ospreay and told him it was going
to be okay. While Yuta was hugging Ospreay, he gave
Castagnoli the sign, and Castagnoli went to stomp the chair,
but Ospreay knocked him to the mat! Ospreay pulled the chair
off of Omega and swung it wildly at all the Death Riders,
who escaped out of the ring! Moxley went into the ring with
his hands behind his back while Ospreay held onto the chair.
Moxley tried to reason with Ospreay and was able to throw
the chair away. He got in Ospreay’s face and produced a
plastic bag! Ospreay’s face looked like he saw a ghost. 

Moxley wanted Ospreay to do the deed, and Ospreay’s hands
were shaking at the thought of it. He started to walk
towards Omega with the bag and paused. Ospreay ripped the
bag apart and turned around to look at Moxley. He decked
Moxley! Shafir charged at Ospreay, so she sent her over the
top! Yuta and Garcia tried the same, so he low-bridged them
and backdropped Castagnoli over the top before laying out
PAC with a Hidden Blade! Ospreay held the ring as Moxley
restrained Castagnoli on the outside! The Death Riders
regrouped and left through the crowd while the fans all
chanted “OSPREAY!” He picked up his Death Rider knee pad and
threw it away. 

Ospreay walked over to the AEW World Title and picked it up
as Omega pulled himself to his feet while holding the ripped
bag. Ospreay held out the title for Omega, who snatched it
away, but then put out his hand and Ospreay shook it to a
huge ovation. Omega tried to walk away, but Ospreay held him
back and said, “From this moment on, it’s between you and
me.” Ospreay and Omega each celebrated on the corners as the
official graphic for their AEW World Championship match at
All In: London flashed behind them. Ospreay went up to
another corner, so he didn’t see Omega come up from behind
and bring him down with a One-Winged Angel! Omega picked up
the ripped bag and yelled at Ospreay. The Young Bucks
returned and tried to find out what Omega was doing. Omega
had some final words for Ospreay and posed with the Young
Bucks to bring Redemption to a close!
