Two more women qualified for the ladder match to determine
the new interim WWE Women’s champion at SummerSlam.
Chelsea Green was the first one to qualify during the
broadcast, beating Kiana James and later, Charlotte Flair
advanced over Nia Jax after Cargill interfered to cause the
DQ. Last week, Flair caused the DQ for Jax against Cargill,
so Jax got a rematch.
The ladder match has one more participant yet to be decided,
with Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, Green, and Flair in it so
far. The last qualifier will have Giulia taking on Lash
Legend.
Rhea Ripley is currently out injured which is why they are
holding the match for the interim title, with the idea that
Ripley will return right after SummerSlam to unify the two
titles.
