New WWE Women’s Tag Team champions were crowned last night at
Saturday Night’s Main Event, with Fatal Influence defeating
Brie Bella and Paige for their first gold on the main roster.
This win ends Bella and Paige’s title reign after 91 days,
winning them at WrestleMania 42 Saturday. Paige was not even
supposed to be part of that match but returned to replace the
injured Nikki Bella.
For Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid, this was a quick rise to
the top after making their main roster debut following
WrestleMania 42. The win did need some assistance from their
third member, Jacy Jayne, who eventually pushed Paige into a
roll-up, reversing a pin attempt by Paige.
